Below are the words “Our History Continues,” the tagline for the annual History Month celebration.
Held every August pursuant to Proclamation No. 339 signed on 16 February 2012, History Month highlights the rich history of the country. It coincides with many historic commemorations which include National Heroes Day, the anniversary of the Cry of Pugadlawin and the Battle of San Juan del Monte, and the birth and death anniversaries of heroes and presidents.
