The Philippine Embassy in Jakarta informs Filipinos in Batam City and nearby areas that the Embassy will conduct Field Voting for the 2022 National Elections and Consular Services Outreach on 30 April 2022 (Saturday) at Amarilys Function Room, 2nd Floor, Four Points by Sheraton, Komplek Panorama Nagoya, Batu Ampar, Batam City from 9:00am to 3:30pm.

I. Field Voting

Walk-ins are welcome. Appointment is NOT required for voting. Please bring your original Philippine passport / ID with photo and signature.

To check if you are registered and eligible to vote (within consular jurisdiction of the Philippine Embassy in Jakarta), please visit the COMELEC’s website for the certified list of overseas voters (CLOV) at https://comelec.gov.ph/php-tpls-attachments/OverseasVoting/2022NLE/CLOV/ASIA_PAC/JAKARTA.pdf. Seafarers who are registered overseas voters may also vote during the field voting in Batam.

Meanwhile, registered overseas voters may also vote at the Embassy premises at no. 8, Jalan Imam Bonjol, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat from 10 April to 9 May 2022, including weekends and holidays, from 8:00am to 4:00pm. No need  for appointment, walk-ins  are welcome.

Please be reminded that it is UNLAWFUL for any person to solicit votes, campaign or undertake any propaganda for or against any candidate or political party within or near the polling place / place of voting.

II. Consular Outreach

The following consular services will be available:

  • Passport Applications (New, Renewal, Extensions/Amendments)
  • Report of Vital Event (report of birth, marriage and death)
  • Capturing of Fingerprints for NBI Form No. 5 (NBI clearance application form)
  • Notarials (Acknowledgment and Jurat)

Filipinos who will attend the Embassy’s activities are reminded to follow the health and safety protocols and community activities restrictions (PPKM) enforced by the hotel and local authorities.
