(22 November 2024, Jakarta) - The Philippine Embassy in Jakarta conducted an institutional briefing for thirty (30) students of the University of Padjadjaran (UNPAD) in West Java as part of their visit to the chancery and familiarization activity on Philippine culture, economy, and foreign policy.

The students, who are members of the UNPAD’s International Association of Students in Agricultural and Related Sciences (IAAS) Local Committee, visited the Embassy as part of their “IAAS Goes to Embassy” program to learn more about the economic, cultural, and political aspect of Philippines-Indonesia bilateral relations.

Charge d’Affaires, a.i. Gonaranao B. Musor gave a briefing on the mandate of the Philippine Embassy and other diplomatic missions in Indonesia, as well as highlighted the Embassy’s various initiatives and projects in pursuit of the Philippines’ foreign policy in Indonesia. CDA Musor also shared some insights on various issues affecting Philippines-Indonesia bilateral relations and the ASEAN during the Q&A session after the said briefing. The students expressed their gratitude for the informative discussion during the activity.
