(04 May 2024, Jakarta) - Ambassador Gina A. Jamoralin graced the opening ceremony of the 3rd Ambassador Cup organized by the Philippine Basketball Community in Indonesia held at Sekolah Pelita Harapan at Kemang Village, South Jakarta.

In her remarks, Ambassador Jamoralin thanked the officers of the Philippine Basketball Community headed by Chairman Arwin Alcantara for organizing the tournament for the Filipino basketball community in Jakarta and expressed the Philippine Embassy’s support in such activities. The Ambassador also encouraged everyone to also cheer for our fellow Filipinos who will be competing in other sports events such as the upcoming Asian Football Confederation (AFC) U17 Women’s Asian Cup to be held in Bali, Indonesia from 6 to 19 May 2024.

Ambassador Jamoralin was accompanied by Ms. Radegunda C. Velasco-Dela Cruz, Cultural Officer and Mr. Salvador Garrovillas, Consular Assistant of the Philippine Embassy. END
