The public is hereby informed of the following revised entry regulations for travellers to the Republic of the Philippines:

  1. ALL ARRIVING FILIPINO nationals shall be allowed entry;
  2. Effective 0001H March 22, 2021 to 2359H April 21, 2021, ONLY the following foreign nationals may be allowed entry, PROVIDED they have a valid visa at the time of entry:
Category Requirements
Diplomats and members of International Organizations, and their qualified dependents
  • 9(E) visa or 47(A)(2) visa
Foreign nationals involved in medical repatriation
  • DFA endorsement
  • OWWA endorsement
  • Valid visa
Foreign seafarers arriving through seaports
  • 9(C) visa for crew change

Foreign parent/s, spouse and children of Filipino nationals

*Balikbayan Privilege remains suspended
  • Must be travelling with the Filipino spouse / Filipino parent
  • Valid visa

Emergency, humanitarian and other analogous cases
  • Approved by Chairperson, NTF Covid-19 or representative
  • Valid visa

 

Existing guidelines for arriving flight crew members remain unchanged.

The foregoing information is pursuant to the "Revised Guidelines as Per IATF-MEID Resolution No.105 Series of 2021" dated 26 March 2021 issued by the Bureau of Immigration.
