The following categories of foreign nationals are permitted to travel to the Philippines per latest entry regulations in effect this 07 June 2021:

Must be issued a valid diplomatic (category 9E) visa, or special non-immigrant visa (category 47A2) as applicable. Note: Visa issuance subject to approval by the Department of Foreign Affairs. |

Must be issued a valid non-immigrant visa (category 9C) as: - an individual seaman; or - part of a list of foreign crew of a vessel in the Philippines / travelling to the Philippines. |

Foreign nationals covered by the "Balikbayan Program" (R.A. 6768), provided they are nationals from non-visa required countries under Executive Order No. 408 s.1960, who are travelling with the Filipino principal (Filipino spouse / Filipino parent).

Foreign nationals coming as a temporary visitor NOT travelling with the Filipino principal but coming to join the Filipino principal in the Philippines. This applies to:

Must obtain a valid non-immigrant visa (category 9A). Requires DFA entry exemption document. Must present proof of marital / parental relationship to Filipino principal who must be in the Philippines. |
