The Philippine Embassy in Jakarta informs the Filipino community in the Riau Islands Province and nearby areas of its upcoming consular outreach service and mobile overseas voter registration scheduled for 26 June 2021 (Saturday).
In keeping with prevailing policies on limited social gatherings, restrictions on movement, travel guidelines and health protocols on Covid-19 promulgated by the local and national authorities of the Republic of Indonesia, the consular outreach service is being conducted strictly on a by-appointment basis, where walk-in applicants will not be entertained. |

- Passport applications and validity extension
- Civil registration reporting (filing for Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, Report of Death)
- Fingerprinting for NBI Clearance applications
- Legalization of documents (notarial services)
- Registration of qualified overseas voters
Interested parties are required to secure an appointment slot by accomplishing the online form posted at https://tinyurl.com/ju5z993t until 23 June 2021. Registered applicants will be informed of the venue and their time slot.
Applicants for overseas voter registration are required to accomplish the online form of the Commission on Elections at https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/irehistro/ovf1 and then print out the document with QR code for submission to embassy personnel during the outreach.
