The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Jakarta is the delegation of resident diplomats and attachés that work to fulfill their function as the principal representatives of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines to the Republic of Indonesia.
Its jurisdiction covers the geographic regions of Sumatra, Java, parts of Kalimantan and the Lesser Sunda Islands.
The Embassy is composed of career foreign service personnel, supported by a dedicated group of local staff that perform technical and administrative tasks to ensure the continuous operation and successful discharge of the embassy’s functions.
Our mission is to serve as a bridge to the Government and people of the Republic of Indonesia to achieve mutually beneficial bilateral economic and political objectives, social advancement, regional peace, harmony among nations and the protection and promotion of the welfare of Filipinos working and living abroad.
