Procedure/Requirements:

1. Applicant will execute three (3) Affidavits of Renunciation before the Consular Officer

2. Present original and photocopy of the Philippine Passport

3. Payment of IDR 455.000 (cash) for the notarial of the affidavit

4. Payment of IDR 455.000 (cash) for the certification to be issued by the Consular Section

Once the applicant obtained the approval of Indonesian citizenship from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (KEMENKUMHAM), the applicant is advised to return to the Philippine Embassy and submit the following:

1. Original Philippine Passport

2. KEMENKUMHAM's Approval with official English translation

3. Payment of IDR 455.000 (cash) for the issuance of certification
