04 April 2022 - The Philippine Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia informs the public that pursuant to IATF Resolution No. 165, starting 1 April 2022, foreigners (non-Filipino citizens) may enter the Philippines without need of an Entry Exemption Document (EED), provided they comply with the applicable immigration entry and departure formalities. No need for Visa (Visa Free Entry)

  • Foreigners from countries included under Executive Order No. 408 may enter the Philippines without a visa for initial stay not exceeding 30 days. Brazilian and Israeli passport holders are allowed to stay up to 59 days based on existing bilateral agreements.
  • Holders of Hong Kong SAR passport or Macau SAR passport may enter the Philippines without a visa for initial stay not exceeding 14 days.
  • Holders of British National Overseas passport or Macau-Portuguese passport may enter the Philippines without a visa for initial stay not exceeding 7 days.
  • Holders of People's Republic of China passport and who have a valid Australian, Canadian, Japanese, Schengen or US visa may enter the Philippines without a visa for initial stay not exceeding 7 days for tourism purpose.
  • Holders of Republic of India passport and who have a valid Australian, Canadian, Japanese, Schengen, Singapore, UK or US visa may enter the Philippines without a visa for initial stay not exceeding 14 days for tourism purpose.
