In line with the Indonesian government’s implementation of the Emergency Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM Darurat) from 03 July to 20 July 2021 (subject to extensions) only the following consular services are available starting 03 July until further notice:
- Overseas Voters Registration
- Passport (New, Renewal, Extension/Amendment)
- Travel Document
- Authentication
- Acknowledgement, Affidavit/Oath, Jurat and other Notarials
- Consular Mortuary Certificate and Report of Death
Please note that Philippine visa issuance / visa free entry privilege and entry of foreigners into the Philippines is still temporarily suspended, subject to certain allowed categories. For up to date information on those allowed/eligible to apply for visa and travel to the Philippines, please refer to the Bureau of Immigration:

Other consular services will be temporarily unavailable in order to prevent crowding in the Embassy and to minimize health risks.
The public is advised to strictly follow all local regulations and health protocols including wearing of face masks and maintaining physical distancing. Persons who are sick or those whose personal appearance is not required are advised to refrain from going to the Embassy.
