(21 October 2022) - The Philippine Embassy in Jakarta will conduct Consular Services Outreach for Filipinos in the following areas:
Bali - 05 November 2022 (Saturday)
Surabaya - 12 November 2022 (Saturday) - Postponed
Consular Outreach in other cities of Indonesia will be announced in due time.
The following consular services will be available during the outreach:
- Passport Applications (New, Renewal, Extensions/Amendments)
- Civil Registration (Report of birth, marriage and death)
- Fingerprinting for NBI Form No. 5 (NBI clearance application form)
- Notarials (Acknowledgment and Jurat)
