(18 NOV 2022) - The Philippine Embassy in Jakarta will conduct Consular Services Outreach for Filipinos in Semarang and its nearby areas of Central Java on 3 December 2022 (Saturday).
The following consular services will be available during the outreach:
- Passport Applications (New, Renewal, Extensions/Amendments)
- Civil Registration (Report of birth, marriage and death)
- Fingerprinting for NBI Form No. 5 (NBI clearance application form)
- Notarials (Acknowledgment and Jurat)
Filipinos who wish to avail the services of the Embassy during the outreach are required to register on this link https://tinyurl.com/mpwwwfnv. Venue, time slot, and other details will be emailed to applicants who will register for the outreach.
