(1 November 2023) - The Philippine Embassy in Jakarta will conduct a Consular Services Outreach Activity, including overseas voter registration for the 2025 Philippine mid-term elections, on 25 November 2023 (Saturday) in Surabaya, East Java.  

The following services will be available during the outreach:

∙ Overseas Voter Registration;
∙ Passport  Applications;
∙ Civil Registration (Report of birth, marriage, and death);
∙ NBI Form No. 5 Fingerprinting (NBI clearance application form); and
∙ Notarials (Acknowledgment and Jurat).

Filipinos who wish to avail of the services of the Embassy during the outreach are required to register on this link: https://tinyurl.com/JPEinSby. The venue, time slot, and other relevant details will be emailed to the applicants who will register for the outreach.
