(07 January 2025, Jakarta) - The Chargé d’Affaires, a.i. of the Philippine Embassy in Jakarta, Mr. Gonaranao B. Musor, received a courtesy call today from the newly arrived Commercial Counsellor of the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) in Jakarta, Ms. Jollan Margaret A. Llaneza. Ms. Llaneza succeeded Commercial Attaché Mr. Jeremiah C. Reyes after a successful six-year tour of duty in Jakarta.

Ms. Llaneza has vast experience in promoting Philippine exports and investments overseas as a Foreign Trade Service Officer of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), as well as during her previous roles as Supervising Investments Specialist for the Philippine Board of Investments (BOI) and APEC Assistant at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).

CDA Musor assured Ms. Llaneza of the Philippine Embassy’s full support in line with its economic diplomacy thrust and the One Country Team Approach. Both sides also discussed possible areas of cooperation as part of the ongoing celebration of the 75th anniversary of PH-ID diplomatic relations, which includes the possible convening of a follow-through activity in Jakarta on the successful PH-ID Creative Economy Forum held last August in Manila.
