Embassy Conveys Support for Education Partnership

13 April 2023 – The Philippine Embassy in Jakarta witnessed the online signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the UST Angelicum College and IPMI International Business School today, 13 April 2023.

UST Angelicum Pro-Vice Rector Rev. Fr. Herminio V. Dagohoy and IPMI Business School Professor Aman Wirakartakusumah signed the MOA on behalf of their respective schools, which will enable them to cooperate through research, joint publications, faculty development, support to sustainable development goals (SDGs), and the promotion of both countries’ language and culture. Education Attaché Aisyah Endah Palupi also witnessed the signing on behalf of the Indonesian Embassy in Manila.


Third Secretary and Vice Consul Glenn Joseph D. Teh delivered his remarks on behalf of H.E. Gina A. Jamoralin, Ambassador-designate of the Republic of the Philippines to Indonesia, welcoming the MOA between the two (2) academic institutions, which is in line with the Embassy’s agenda of advancing bilateral cooperation between the Philippines and Indonesia in various fields, including economics and education.


Third Secretary Teh conveyed the hope that with the newly signed agreement, both UST Angelicum and IPMI could collaborate with the Embassy on future events, especially with the approaching 75th anniversary of bilateral relations between the Philippines and Indonesia.
