(12-13 August 2023, North Sulawesi) – Philippine Ambassador to Indonesia, H.E. Gina Jamoralin, joined the other diplomats in attending the 11th Tomohon International Flower Festival in Tomohon, North Sulawesi Province on 12 to 13 August 2023. The event was co-organized by the Tomohon City Government, Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (KEMLU), and Special Mission of Seychelles to ASEAN. The event was participated by around twenty (20) foreign embassies in Jakarta and representatives from KEMLU and ASEAN Secretariat. The foreign guests witnessed the anticipated floral parade held in Tomohon City. Ambassador Jamoralin also joined the tree planting activity together with Tomohon officials.

On the sidelines of the event, the Ambassador took the opportunity to call on the Governor of North Sulawesi, Hon. Olly Dondokambey and Manado City, Mayor Hon. Andrei Angouw. Ambassador Jamoralin also visited the Philippine Consulate General in Manado, where she was received by Consul General Lolita Capco and Consulate staff, and a brief meeting with the Filipino community in Manado.
