(27 May 2024, Jakarta) - In celebration of National Heritage Month, the Philippine Embassy in Jakarta, led by Consul General Gonaranao B. Musor, attended a fashion show on 26 May 2024, which was organized by the Filipino Community in East Java, headed by Mr. Edgardo Fuentes, as part of the Fiesta ng Pamilyang Pinoy. The fashion show held at the Singapore National Academy in Surabaya, Indonesia, featured the designs of Filipino designers Nardie Presa, Thelma Abalos and Imperial Sky Francis.

Miss Universe 1984 3rd Runner-up Desiree Verdadero-Abesamis and Actor/Model Bong Regala were also in attendance as part of the organizers from Manila.
