(10 September 2024, Jakarta) – Philippine Ambassador to Indonesia Gina A. Jamoralin received a courtesy call from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and Local Government of Makati City at the Chancery on 10 September 2024. The delegation is composed of ten (10) members from the DRRM Council of the Local Government of Makati City and two (2) members from AIM.

The delegation visited Jakarta as part of AIM’s International Field Exposure on Future Thinking in Strategic Disaster Risk Management and Leadership (Phase 2) for the Local Government of Makati City. The program aims to increase the participants’ knowledge and competencies on DRRM System, and to expose the participants on how future thinking is practiced in other countries.

Ambassador Jamoralin shared her experiences and knowledge on disaster management during her assignment at the Philippine Embassy in Tokyo and Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu.

Ambassador Jamoralin was accompanied during the call by Consul General Gonaranao B. Musor and CPO Jesusa B. Rabadon of the Office of the Defense and Armed Forces Attaché to Jakarta. END
