1. COVID-19 Vaccination certificates for Foreigners (non-Indonesians) vaccinated in IndonesiaThe Philippine Embassy in Jakarta wishes to clarify to the public the following information.

The Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has informed the Embassy that Filipinos and other foreigners (non-Indonesians) who have been vaccinated in Indonesia against COVID-19 are provided with physical and electronic vaccination certificates issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Health (KEMKES). Electronic certificates may be accessed, viewed or downloaded at the official website and App of the Indonesian government at

Foreigners may use their Passport number instead of NIK in registering for the Pedulilindungi. For further inquiries or to resolve issues on registering or using the Pedulilingdungi website and App, please contact:

Please coordinate directly with your respective Vaccination Service Providers (i.e., the institution, organization or entity that vaccinated you) on the issuance of your vaccination certificates and its integration with the Pedulindungi website and App.

2. COVID-19 Vaccination certificates for Foreigners (non-Indonesians) vaccinated outside Indonesia

The Embassy has been informed that the Pedulindungi website and App mentions that “If you’re a foreign national, please check your verification progress at your respective embassies.” The Embassy would like to clarify that the discussions between the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the different embassies accredited in Indonesia are still ongoing on how to move forward with this process. At the moment, the Embassy has no access, control or information on the verification progress of any registration with the PeduliLindungi website and App. Please standby for further updates on this matter.

For Filipinos and foreigners vaccinated against COVID-19 in the Philippines, the  Department of Health (DOH) of the Republic of the Philippines issues an International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP), also known as Carte Jaune or Yellow Card,  and Digital Vaccination Certificate also known as VaxCertPH as evidence of vaccination. The authenticity of the ICVP and VaxCertPH may be easily verified by scanning the QR Code therein.
