The Indonesian government has informed the Philippine Embassy in Jakarta that foreigners (non-Indonesians) in Indonesia who want to be vaccinated against COVID-19 may get it for a fee (not free of charge) through the Gotong Royong Program including through the vaccination program to be implemented by the company PT Bio Farma / PT Kimia Farma.

In preparation for its vaccination program, PT Kimia Farma  has requested the Philippine Embassy to inform interested Filipinos to fill out PT Kimia Farma's survey form at https://bit.ly/ForeignerDistribution .

Please note that the Philippine Embassy is not conducting the survey or vaccination program, and the Philippine Embassy does not assume any responsibility or liability for the survey or vaccination program.
