(05 April 2023) - Filipinos in Indonesia are encouraged to register as overseas voters before the registration deadline on 30 September 2024.

During the registration period and aside from registration of first-time overseas voter, Filipinos with existing overseas voting record may file the following:

  1. Capture of biometric data (for those who do not have photo or signature);
  2. Reactivation of record (for those who failed to vote for 2 consecutive elections);
  3. Correction or update of information including residential addresses abroad; and/or
  4. Transfer of overseas voting records from another Philippine Embassy/Consulate to the Philippine Embassy in Jakarta.

Applicants are then required to personally submit the printed copy of the form together with the original and photocopy of the data page of their Philippine passport to the Consular Section of the Philippine Embassy in Jakarta from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays, except holidays that the Embassy will be observing. No prior appointment is needed.
