(Above) President of the E-Vehicle Association of the Philippines (EVAP) and Asian Federation of E-Vehicle Association, Inc. (AFEVA) Mr. Edmund A. Araga, and AFEVA Treasurer Mr. Dennis Chuah, pay a Courtesy Call on the Ambassador-designate of the Republic of the Philippines to Indonesia H.E. Gina A. Jamoralin.
 
Officers of the E-Vehicle Association of the Philippines and the Asian Federation of E-Vehicle Association, Inc. signed an agreement with Gen. (Ret.) Dr. (H.C) Moeldoko, Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Presidency and Chairman of the Indonesian E-Vehicle Association (PERIKLINDO), making Indonesia a member of AFEVA. The newly-sealed partnership will enable closer collaboration with the Philippines and Indonesia and other groups in Asia in the area of electric vehicle (EV) eco-system development.
 
This latest development is the result of the partnership between the Philippine Embassy and the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) Jakarta of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), both of which worked together with EVAP and AVEFA in pursuing the joining of Indonesia to the federation and expand the respective countries’ EV prospects.

Philippine Ambassador-designate to Indonesia H.E. Gina A. Jamoralin called on the Director General for Protocol and Consular Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia H.E. Andy Rachmianto to present the open copy of her Letters of Credence and Letter of Recall of her predecessor today, 03 April 2023 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
 
(Above) Ambassador-designate Jamoralin conveys her appreciation to Director General Rachmianto for facilitating the request of the Philippines to grant her agrément as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Indonesia and for the warm hospitality accorded to her upon her arrival.
The Philippine Ambassador-designate awaits a suitable schedule to present her credentials to the President of the Republic of Indonesia.

(3 April 2023) - Please be notified that the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) of the Philippine Embassy in Jakarta will convene at Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Philippine Embassy on 17 April 2023 at 2:00 PM to hear the applications for registration, certification, reactivation, correction of entries or change of name, change of address, transfer, recapture and other types of applications filed with the Post from 9 December 2022 to 31 March 2023.

Any interested party who would like to interpose any objection to the list may file their opposition in writing addressed to the RERB of the Philippine Embassy, No. 6-8, Imam Bonjol, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia

(30 March 2023) - The Philippine Embassy in Jakarta will conduct a Consular Services Outreach Activity, including overseas voter registration for the 2025 Philippine mid-term elections, on 30 April 2023 (Sunday) in Surabaya, East Java. 

The following services will be available during the outreach:

    * Overseas Voter Registration (https://jakartape.dfa.gov.ph/overseas-voting/476-pagpapasa-ng-aplikasyon-upang-marehistrong-overseas-voter-bukas-nang-muli)
    * Passport  Applications
    * Civil Registration (Report of birth, marriage, and death)
    * NBI Form No. 5 Fingerprinting (NBI clearance application form)
    * Notarials (Acknowledgment and Jurat)

Filipinos who wish to avail the services of the Embassy during the outreach are required to register on this link: https://tinyurl.com/JPEinSurabaya. The venue, time slot, and other relevant details will be emailed to the applicants who will register for the outreach.
