(07 March 2024, Jakarta) – Philippine Ambassador Gina A. Jamoralin joined the International Trade Meeting of South Kalimantan Province 2024 on 07 March 2024 in Jakarta, Indonesia organized by the South Kalimantan Head of Trade Institution, in cooperation with Bank Indonesia. The event featured export-oriented entrepreneurs to promote the province’s products in various sectors.

 (11 March 2024, Jakarta) – The Philippine Embassy in Jakarta joins the 2024 National Women’s Month Celebration this March with the sub-theme “Lipunang Patas sa Bagong Pilipinas: Kakayahan ng Kababaihan, Patutunayan!”

To show solidarity with women’s empowerment and gender equality, Embassy personnel wore purple shirts and conducted its Flag-Raising Ceremony playing an all-women cast of “Lupang Hinirang.”

Grounded on the objective of transforming culture toward a more equal and inclusive future, the 2024 NWMC the sub-theme echoes the target outcomes of Chapter 15 in the Updated Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment Plan 2019-2025 towards transforming gender norms and culture.
