(09 September 2024, Jakarta) – The Philippines and Indonesia took another step towards deepening their bilateral ties through the successful convening of the Philippines-Indonesia Creative Economy Roundtable held in Manila on 28 August 2024. The roundtable is one of the key events organized by the Philippine Trade and Investment Center – Jakarta, Embassy of the Philippines Indonesia (represented by Mr. Jeremiah Reyes, Commercial Attaché) and the DTI’s Competitiveness and Innovation Group (DTI-CIG) to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Philippines-Indonesia diplomatic relations, underscoring their shared commitment to fostering economic and cultural collaboration.

HLM MSP 2Philippine Ambassador Gina A. Jamoralin delivers the Philippines’ intervention during the High-Level Meeting on Multi-Stakeholder Partnership (HLM-MSP) in Bali. 

(03 September 2024, Bali) - Philippine Ambassador to Indonesia Gina A. Jamoralin represented the Philippines at the recently held High-Level Meeting on Multi-Stakeholder Partnership (HLM-MSP) with the theme, ‘Strengthening Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships for Development: Towards a Transformative Change’ in Bali, Indonesia on 1-3 September 2024. Participating countries conveyed their recommendations on the achievement of sustainable development goals (SDGs), through cooperation of governments and institutions in the private sector.

(03 September 2024, Bandung) - The Philippine Embassy in Jakarta extended its congratulations to two (2) Filipino young dancers, Fatima Grace Chua and Celestine Magadia of the the Halili-Cruz School of Ballet, for winning at the 2024 Bandung International Dance Competition in Bandung, Indonesia held on 23 - 25 August 2024.
