Overseas Voters Registration for the 2025 Mid-Term Elections

Beginning 12 February 2024, the Philippine Embassy informs all Filipinos in Indonesia that the iRehistro Platform of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) for overseas voters registration is accessible the link https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/ovf1.
iRehistro is NOT an online registration system. It is only used to fill out and generate the OVF1 form with QR code, which should be printed on A4-sized paper and personally submitted at the Embassy for the processing of application.
All Filipinos residing, studying, or working in Indonesia are highly encouraged to register as overseas voter in preparation for the 2025 mid-term elections if you will be in Indonesia on or before 12 May 2025. Those who have previously registered as Filipino overseas voters for the past two elections in 2022 and 2019 are encouraged to check or update their registration status with the Consular Section of the Embassy by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Advisory: International Tourism Levy in Bali, Indonesia

The Philippine Embassy in Jakarta informs all Filipinos intending to visit Bali, Indonesia that the Bali Provincial Government will be imposing the International Tourism Levy effective 14 February 2024.
The said levy is a one-time payment of IDR 150,000 (about USD 10.00) per person for international visitors, based on Law Number 15 of 2023 of the Republic of Indonesia and Bali Province Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2023 concerning Levy for Foreign Tourists for the Protection of Balinese Culture and Natural Environment.
As stated in Bali Governor Regulation Number 36 of 2023 concerning Procedures for Payment of Levy for International Tourists, it is strongly suggested that payments be made online by international visitors before departing for Bali through the Love Bali App or the website: lovebali.baliprov.go.id.
