(20 January 2023) - The public is informed that the government of Indonesia has fully-implemented the requirement of Electronic Customs Declaration (E-CD) for incoming travelers to Indonesia, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning Provisions on Export and Import of Goods Carried by Passengers and Crew of Means of Transportation.
Arriving passengers can access the National E-CD at https://ecd.beacukai.go.id/ to fill in the required information and submit the application two days before arrival in Indonesia, at the earliest. The user manual can be accessed at https://bit.ly/VideoPanduanECD.

Prior Appointment for Consular Transactions No Longer Needed

The Philippine Embassy in Jakarta informs the public that effective 03 Jan 2023, applicants for consular services no longer need to secure a prior appointment before filing their transactions.
Filing of applications start from 9:00 AM until 12:00 noon. Claim and release of passports and consular documents is from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Documentary requirements and additional information on specific consular services, including the latest schedule of fees and holidays for 2023 are posted at the Embassy’s official web site https://jakartape.dfa.gov.ph .

Arriving Travelers to the Philippines Must Register to the eTravel Portal

The public is informed that beginning 01 December 2022, all inbound travelers to the Philippines (including returning residents) are required to register their details on the eTravel portal at least seventy-two hours prior to the date of arrival. The eTravel portal replaces the One Health Pass platform which has since been discontinued.
Further to the launch of the eTravel portal, the Philippine Bureau of Immigration shall no longer require the paper Arrival Card effective 05 December 2022.
