11 July 2021 - In compliance with the implementation of the Emergency Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM), effective immediately and until further notice, the Philippine Embassy in Jakarta Consular Section will accommodate clients on an appointment basis (except releasing/claiming of consular documents). The following services will be available:
- Passport (New, Renewal, Extension/Amendment)
- Travel Document (For Filipinos who urgently need to travel to the Philippines but are not holder of a valid Philippine passport)
- Authentication
- Acknowledgement, Affidavit/Oath, Jurat and other Notarials
- Report of Marriage, Report of Birth and other Civil Registration matters
- Consular Mortuary Certificate and Report of Death
- Capturing of fingerprints for NBI form
- Visa (only for those exempted from the prevailing suspension of visa issuance)
For your own safety, please refrain from going to the Embassy unless you have an extremely urgent transaction and you have received a confirmed appointment .

Releasing and claiming of passports and consular-related documents will be accommodated on a walk-in basis, Mondays to Fridays, strictly from 1:00pm to 2:45 pm only.

(ika-1 ng Hulyo 2021) -- Pinag-iingat at pina-aalalahanan ng Embahada ng Republika ng Pilipinas sa Jakarta ang lahat ng mga Pilipino patungkol sa patuloy na tumataas na bilang ng arawang-tala ng bagong kaso ng Covid-19 sa kapuluan ng Indonesia.
Ang madaling pag-kapit ng bagong “Delta variant” ng SARS-CoV-2 virus ang tinuturing na dahilan sa mabilis na pagkalat ng Covid-19 sa bansa, bukod pa sa panunumbalik ng kumpyansa ng ilan at pagwawalang-bahala sa mga babala at itinalagang panuntunan ng mga eksperto sa kalusugan at lokal na otoridad ng Indonesia. Ang paalalang mag-ingat ay para sa ating lahat kahit pa ang ilan ay maaaring nakapag-pabakuna na.
Nakiki-isa ang embahada sa panawagan ng pamahalaan ng Indonesia para sa karagdagang pagsunod at pag-unawa sa mas pina-igting na mga patakaran patungkol sa pagkilos ng mga mamamayan na ipatutupad sa mga susunod na araw.
Ang pagsasakripisyo ng bawa’t isa at sama-samang pagtututulungan sa panahon ng pandemiya ang makakapag-pabilis sa pag-ahon nating lahat mula sa kasalukuyang pagsubok.
Posthumous Conferment of Order of Sikatuna on the Late Indonesian Amb. Sinyo Harry Sarundajang

(12 Jun 2021, Jakarta) ‑‑ Philippine Ambassador to Indonesia H.E. Leehiong T. Wee presented the Order of Sikatuna (Grand Cross, with Gold Distinction) to Madame Deetje Adeline Laoh Tambuwun, widow of the late Indonesian Amb. Dr. Sinyo Harry Sarundajang in a conferment ceremony before noon today at the chancery of the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Jakarta.
In attendance were officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia who witnessed the event along with Philippine Permanent Representative to ASEAN H.E. Amb. Noel Servigon, friends and members of the Sarundajang family, and officials of the Philippine Embassy in Jakarta.
Special Resident Retiree Visa (SRRV) Holders Permitted to Enter PHL (IATF-EID Res.No.119)

The public is informed that pursuant to Resolution No. 119 of the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) issued on 04 Jun 2021, and based upon the recommendation of the Philippine Department of Tourism, foreign nationals holding valid Special Resident Retiree Visa (SRRV) will be allowed to enter the Philippines without need to obtain an entry exemption document.
Concerned foreign nationals falling under this category are advised to directly coordinate with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration for queries and clarification regarding their entry and admission to the Philippines.
