(3 April 2023) - Please be notified that the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) of the Philippine Embassy in Jakarta will convene at Conference Room, 2^nd Floor, Philippine Embassy on 17 April 2023 at 2:00 PM to hear the applications for registration, certification, reactivation, correction of entries or change of name, change of address, transfer, recapture and other types of applications filed with the Post from 9 December 2022 to 31 March 2023.

Any interested party who would like to interpose any objection to the list may file their opposition in writing addressed to the RERB of the Philippine Embassy, No. 6-8, Imam Bonjol, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia

Consular Services Outreach in Surabaya, 30 April 2023

(30 March 2023) - The Philippine Embassy in Jakarta will conduct a Consular Services Outreach Activity, including overseas voter registration for the 2025 Philippine mid-term elections, on 30 April 2023 (Sunday) in Surabaya, East Java. 

The following services will be available during the outreach:

    * Overseas Voter Registration (https://jakartape.dfa.gov.ph/overseas-voting/476-pagpapasa-ng-aplikasyon-upang-marehistrong-overseas-voter-bukas-nang-muli)
    * Passport  Applications
    * Civil Registration (Report of birth, marriage, and death)
    * NBI Form No. 5 Fingerprinting (NBI clearance application form)
    * Notarials (Acknowledgment and Jurat)

Filipinos who wish to avail the services of the Embassy during the outreach are required to register on this link: https://tinyurl.com/JPEinSurabaya. The venue, time slot, and other relevant details will be emailed to the applicants who will register for the outreach.

New Philippine Ambassador to the Republic of Indonesia Arrives

(25 March 2023) – The Embassy welcomes H.E. Gina Alagon Jamoralin, Ambassador-designate of the Republic of the Philippines to Indonesia, who recently arrived in Jakarta to assume her duties at Post.

Ambassador-designate Jamoralin is a career diplomat who has served the country in various capacities, such as in Bucharest, Tokyo and most recently as Consul General of the Philippines in Chicago (2018-2020), and Honolulu (2014-2018). Prior to her assignment to Indonesia, Ambassador-designate Jamoralin served as the Assistant Secretary for International Economic Relations, and previously as Assistant Secretary for American Affairs of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

With her extensive background in Economics, she is keen on further enhancing Philippine-Indonesian bilateral relations through economic diplomacy.
